    Manchester: Privately published, and printed by Wilcock and Norbury, 1853. 4to., unpaginated, comprises 48 engraved plates with accompanying text, contemporary half brown calf with brown moire cloth boards, gilt-lettered to front board, unlettered spine with gilt-ruled compartments, additional frontispiece portrait of author, with tissue guard; neat ink ownership inscriptions to front free endpaper, front free endpaper, frontispiece and tissue guard have vertical crease (production fault), foxing and toning to prelims, with some light foxing - especially to margins - throughout, partial sunning and light marking to cloth, rubbing and light wear to extremities, a good(+) copy. Contains two different plates numbered ‘IV’, and no plate ‘XXXIII’ - believed complete; The British Library copy also has 48 plates as does…
