Second edition, 8vo., pp. xix,215,71 (Special Commission Report), patterned cloth, gilt lettering to spine; ownership bookplate to front paste down endpaper and an ownership autograph (dated 1860) to front free endpaper, minor cracking to inner hinge at front and rear endpapers, all contents firm, toning to margins, foxing to title and half title and occasional foxing throughout, small hole to text of p.112 the text is still legible, small piece missing to upper margin and corner of front free endpaper, light wear to extremities, with the gilt to spine partially worn, overall a very good copy of this rather scarce volume, detailing of the trial and sentencing of the Luddites at York.
